Technology veneer

Technology veneer is scientifically called reconstructed veneer. It is produced by comprehensive application of advanced technologies such as computer three-dimensional simulation technology, color measurement and color matching technology, wood color matching technology, molding and wood antiseptic technology without changing the natural characteristics and microscopic physical structure of wood.

It is a high-end wood decorative material with precious wood texture and color and even more artistic effect.

Generally, fast-growing woods such as sycamore, poplar, paulownia, pine and eucalyptus are used as substrates. A series of operations are used to imitate the wood grain of other tree species.

Its process is: rotary cutting-dyeing-drying-reconstruction-gluing-hot pressing-slicing.

Advantages of technology veneer

Disadvantages of technological veneer
1⃣️Light grain: The veneer is thin, and the re-adapted grain is not as deep as the real grain.

2⃣️Color difference: Like dyed veneer, each batch of technological veneer of the same material will have color difference.

3⃣️Fading: This is the same as dyed veneer, it will definitely fade after direct sunlight.

4⃣️Polarized color difference: The color of technological veneer is different when viewed in different light and at different angles.
