01. What’s your wrapping materials?

-- Moldings are wrapped with wood veneer available in 200 veneer species, PVC, Pre UV lacquered wood veneer, Melamine Impregnated Paper, leather, cloth and other material.

 

02. What glue used?

-- The glue used are PUR which are very stable and environmental friendly.

 

03. Do you make mouldings of plaster and polyurethane (foam)?

-- No! Mouldings are only available in solid wood timber, MDF, finger joint wood board, LVL, plywood and aluminum.

 

04. Do products have to be primed before painting??

-- Yes, all MDF and wood timber mouldings should be primed before painting.

 

05. What is a primed finish??

-- Priming is the first stage of the painting process, and is a protective coating applied to bare substrate to enable undercoat and topcoats of paint to be applied. Products are required to be primed/painted with an industry standard sealer referred to as primer. This sealer/primer penetrates and seals the Substrate so that the finish coat of paint is applied with ease. This has to be primed and sanded to create a smooth finish which can then be painted. E&R Moulding guarantees that every piece of moulding is primed and ready for a finish coat of paint.

 

06. Do you have your own QC team to control our quality and loading in future?

-- Yes, we do have our own QC team working from raw materials checking, production online checking to loading supervising.
