01. Are you factory or trading company?

02. What substrate material is available?

--We apply moldings made of high quality MDF, LVL, finger joint wood board, solid wood, plywood, Aluminum, etc.

 

03. What’s your wrapping materials?

--Moldings are wrapped with wood veneer available in 200 veneer species, PVC, pre-UV lacquered wood veneer, Melamine impregnated paper and other material.

 

 

04. Can the mouldings be made from MDF?

-- Yes we can supply mouldings in MDF as required. They will be produced as a special run. MDF mouldings are generally used for buildings with under-floor heating as it's more stable. Moisture-resistant MDF is also available.

05. What is MDF?

-- MDF is Medium Density Fiberboard, which is composed of sawdust, and a specially formulated resin (glue) mixed together. This product is then compressed in several stages, thus giving a finished product. MDF has become very popular in the trim carpentry, furniture, and kitchen industries.  MDF has a typical density of 600–800 kg/m³.
