Non-woven veneer

A special type of veneer, usually used for special decoration or specific process requirements.
The characteristics of ‌non-woven veneer‌ are mainly reflected in increasing the flexibility of the veneer, preventing cracking, improving the adhesion performance, and providing gloss and softness. This material is a layer of non-woven fabric or paper added to the bottom of the veneer. There are several benefits to doing this:
‌Increase flexibility‌: Non-woven veneer significantly increases the flexibility of the veneer by adding a thin layer of non-woven fabric on the back of the veneer, making the veneer less likely to crack during use. This is especially important for furniture or other items that require veneer because it can improve the durability and aesthetics of the product.
‌Prevent cracking‌: The design of non-woven veneer solves the problem of insufficient flexibility of traditional veneer. By adding a layer of non-woven fabric, the veneer is more durable and less likely to break during use, thereby extending the service life of the product.
‌Improve adhesion performance‌: Non-woven veneer can change the problem that veneer is not easy to stick to concave and convex lines in the past, making it easier for veneer to stick to surfaces of various shapes, improving adhesion performance, and making the decorative effect more uniform and beautiful. 13. ‌Provide gloss and softness‌: The addition of non-woven fabric not only makes the veneer softer, but also gives it a certain gloss, improves the appearance quality of the veneer, and provides a more elegant and comfortable visual and tactile experience when used on furniture or other decorations‌.
In summary, non-woven veneer has brought significant improvements to traditional veneer through its unique structure and material combination, improving the performance and decorative effect of veneer, and is an excellent material choice in furniture manufacturing and other decorative fields.
