This is a woodworking process where natural logs are cut into veneers with a thickness of 0.1-1.0mm using precision equipment and methods such as tangential cutting, rotary cutting, and radial cutting.  Multiple processes are used to remove impurities such as wood gum, starch, resin, and insect eggs, stabilizing the moisture content.  Then, environmentally friendly adhesives are used to bond the veneer to substrates such as particleboard, OSB, and plywood.

👉Material Selection: Naz Woodworking maintains a stock of over 1 million meters of veneer, including walnut, oak, smoked wood, cherry wood, elm, eucalyptus, and white oak.
👉The appropriate cutting method is selected based on the wood characteristics and design requirements.
👉Then, steaming is performed to eliminate potential problems in the wood through high temperature and pressure.  This is followed by drying and fading to stabilize the veneer's performance.
👉Finally, coating is applied using Italian coating technology and electro-coating paint to enhance the beauty and protective properties of the veneer.
